It secures land, plants and manages forests, registers the resulting carbon credits in Spain's MITECO registry, and sells those credits to companies through spot sales, forward offtake and full project acquisition. It also structures energy efficiency upgrades that earn Spanish Energy Savings Certificates (CAE). The company operates through Clear Sky Limited in the UK and ClearSky Carbono, S.L. in Madrid.
