Glenn Edwards, Partner

Chart Organization, LLC is a holding company founded by Glenn Edwards, consisting of assets and investments across numerous industries.  Charts holdings include commercial real estate, retail clothing stores, recreation, technology, and security companies.  

Chart’s real estate portfolio comprises over one million square feet in seven US states and Canada.  Glenn has a conservative philosophy of investing in start-up businesses and underdeveloped assets, utilizing his thirty-five years of management experience. The primary focus has been to reposition assets, unlock hidden value, and invest in management teams he admires.

Glenn joined his parent’s small family business in 1980 called Plaza Employment Agency.  Over his twenty-five-year career, Glenn developed his family business into five verticals collectively called All Metro Healthcare. He grew to more than seven thousand workers, twenty thousand customers, and twenty-five branches in seven states. Glenn led the company to acquire fourteen industry competitors and ultimately became one of the largest home healthcare companies on the east coast.  In 2005 Glenn sold his healthcare company to a management-led buyout.

Glenn serves as the Chairman of Mixology Clothing Company and is on the board of directors at four portfolio companies, Critical Response Group (CRG), VEPO Water Solutions, Carbon Smart Solutions (CSS), and Agile Retail Company (ARC).

Glenn is the author of two books, Coming Into Your Own and This Is It, which he co-authored with his son and business partner Jordan. Glenn graduated from Stony Brook University and served on the board of numerous charitable organizations.


Jordan Edwards, Partner

Jordan Edwards is a partner at Chart Organization, LLC. and oversees day-to-day operations and acquisitions. Jordan works closely with over 400 national retailers and local businesses around the United States. 

Jordan also serves as the CEO of Mixology Clothing Company. He is responsible for setting the overall company strategy and overseeing retail, e-commerce, and brand portfolio operations. Mixology has sixteen locations, Shopmixology.com, 425 employees, and over 300,000 active customers.

Jordan is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete and author of the 2019 book, co-authored with his Father, Glenn, “If you’re waiting for a sign to start your business, THIS IS IT!”

Before joining Chart, Jordan was the project manager at Epic, LLC. Leading the redevelopment of a 240-unit, multifamily building in the Turtle Bay neighborhood of New York City. Before Epic, he worked as a Junior Acquisitions Analyst at Chestnut Hill Realty, located outside of Boston, Massachusetts.

Jordan is the host of the @businessjiujitsu podcast and a contributor to the Forbes Business Council. Jordan graduated from Northeastern University, College of Business Administration. Jordan earned his EMBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology and CORe at Harvard Business School Online.

Gabrielle Edwards

President

Gabrielle Edwards is the President and Head Buyer at Mixology Clothing Company. Gabrielle oversees all fashion and creative teams at Mixology and is instrumental in crafting the aesthetic at our company.

Gabrielle was honored to receive the distinction of a Woman of Valor in 2023 by the Chabad of East Boca Raton, Fl. Gabrielle graduated from Northeastern University in 2012.

 

Eugene Parisi

CFO

Eugene Parisi serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Chart Organization. Eugene began his career in public accounting before moving into the private sector as an accounting professional in the hospitality industry. Eugene is a dynamic leader at Chart and is responsible for all financial controls and activities.

Eugene earned his bachelor of business administration from the University of Dayton.

 

Rebecca Oestreicher Lendino

Vice President

Rebecca started her Mixology journey as a senior sales associate in 2015. Her drive and motivation led her to the role of Associate Buyer in 2020, and was then promoted to Director of Merchandising in 2021.

Rebecca led a vital role in driving the company's success in such a highly competitive industry that she was promoted to Vice President in 2022. In this position, she oversees the total company's buying operations.
