Glenn Edwards, Partner
Chart Organization, LLC is a holding company founded by Glenn Edwards, with assets and investments across commercial real estate, retail clothing, recreation, technology, and security companies.
Chart’s real estate portfolio has included over one million square feet in seven U.S. states and Canada. Glenn applies a conservative approach to investing in start-ups and underdeveloped assets, drawing on forty-five years of management experience. His focus is repositioning assets, unlocking hidden value, and backing management teams he admires.
Glenn joined his parents’ small family business in 1980, Plaza Employment Agency. Over twenty-five years he built it into five verticals collectively called All Metro Healthcare. He grew the company to more than 7,000 workers, 20,000 customers, and 25 branches in seven states. He led 14 acquisitions and built one of the largest home healthcare companies on the East Coast. In 2005 he sold the business in a management-led buyout to private equity.
Glenn is Chairman of Mixology Clothing Company and serves on the boards of VEPO Water Solutions and Agile Retail Company (ARC). He is a special advisor to Critical Response Group (CRG).
He is the author of two books, Coming Into Your Own and This Is It, co-authored with his son and business partner, Jordan. Glenn graduated from Stony Brook University and has served on the boards of numerous charitable organizations.
Jordan Edwards, Partner
Jordan Edwards is a partner at Chart Organization, a diversified investment and asset management company founded in 2003 by his father, Glenn Edwards, in honor of Jordan’s Grandmother, Norma Chart Edwards. At Chart, Jordan oversees day-to-day operations and acquisitions, working closely with retailers and local businesses across the United States and Canada.
Jordan is also the CEO of Mixology Clothing Company where he is responsible for setting the overall company strategy and overseeing retail, e-commerce, and brand portfolio operations. Mixology has seventeen locations, Shopmixology.com, 450 employees, and over 300,000 active customers.
Finally, Jordan is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athlete training under Sensei Nardu Debrah at Budokan Martial Arts Academy. He is co-author with his father of the 2019 book If You’re Waiting for a Sign to Start Your Business, THIS IS IT! He is the host of the @businessjiujitsu podcast and a contributor to the Forbes Business Council.
Jordan graduated from Northeastern University's College of Business Administration, earned his EMBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology, and completed the CORe program at Harvard Business School Online.

Gabrielle Edwards
President
Gabrielle Edwards is the President and Head Buyer at Mixology Clothing Company. Gabrielle oversees all fashion and creative teams at Mixology and is instrumental in crafting the aesthetic at our company.
Gabrielle was honored to receive the distinction of a Woman of Valor in 2023 by the Chabad of East Boca Raton, Fl. Gabrielle graduated from Northeastern University in 2012.
Eugene Parisi
CFO
Eugene Parisi serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Chart Organization. Eugene began his career in public accounting before moving into the private sector as an accounting professional in the hospitality industry. Eugene is a dynamic leader at Chart and is responsible for all financial controls and activities.
Eugene earned his bachelor of business administration from the University of Dayton.
Rebecca Oestreicher Lendino
Vice President
Rebecca started her Mixology journey as a senior sales associate in 2015. Her drive and motivation led her to the role of Associate Buyer in 2020, and was then promoted to Director of Merchandising in 2021.
Rebecca led a vital role in driving the company's success in such a highly competitive industry that she was promoted to Vice President in 2022. In this position, she oversees the total company's buying operations.
