Chart Organization was founded in 2003 by Glenn Edwards. Glenn’s Mother, Norma Chart Edwards, was an only child, and her maiden family name would have passed away with her. Today her memory and legacy lives on through our company.

Chart Organization, LLC has built its first-class reputation on one basic principle; each stakeholder is viewed as an opportunity for service. Chart was founded by Glenn Edwards, who has built value-added relationships mutually beneficial to the network of professionals involved in each transaction. Every part of the Chart Organization’s value chain is treated with honesty and integrity. Positive Sum Game.
The Edwards Family does not treat business like war, where one side wins and the other loses. That is called a zero-sum game. Alternatively, we believe in a positive-sum game, creating win-win solutions. Glenn’s parents, Irving and Norma Edwards, instilled a simple set of core values that he passed on to his children and companies: to treat people well. It’s that simple.
Our History
1955.
Irving and Norma Edwards found Plaza Employment Agency
1980.
Glenn Edwards Graduates from Stony Brook University and joins his parents in their small family business, Plaza. They have one office ten feet wide by forty feet deep in Rockville Centre, NY.
2003.
Glenn founds Chart Organization, a real estate investment, and management company.
2005.
Glenn Edwards sells his Family Business. During his 25 year career, Plaza Domestic Agency transformed into All Metro Health Care. All Metro is sold with 25 offices across 10 states, 7,000 employees, and 5 business verticals. Glenn acquired 14 industry competitors.
2008.
Jordan Edwards Graduates from Northeastern University and joins his Father Glenn at Chart Organization.
2009.
Glenn and Jordan invest in the first Mixology Clothing Company location in Oceanside, NY.
2011.
Jordan and Glenn begin investing in multi-family apartment buildings in New York City. Jordan and his brother Tyler build Shopmixology.com.
2012.
Gabrielle Edwards graduates from Northeastern University and Joins Glenn and Jordan in business as a buyer and Store Manager of Mixology Clothing Company.
2013.
Glenn names Jordan CEO of Mixology Clothing Company, after successfully navigating the devastation in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.
2019.
Gabrielle is named Vice President of Mixology Clothing Company.
2020.
The COVID-19 global pandemic brought challenges and opportunities. Agile Retail Company (ARC) was founded as an outgrowth of custom technology Mixology built.
2021.
Glenn and Jordan evolve Chart Organization from a real estate investment and management company to an investment holding company.
2022.
Gabrielle is named the President of Mixology Clothing Company in recognition of her leadership
2023.
Mixology Clothing Company opens their 15th location in Marlboro NJ
