Treasure Hill is the hillside above Park City’s Old Town, along the Town Lift. Chart was an investor in the ownership partnership.

In 2018 Park City approved the purchase of about 104 acres, and voters approved an open space bond. The sale closed in March 2019, and the land is now permanent city owned open space.
