The Bank Building at 1341 Main St is the former Westfield Bank branch, planned in 2016 as the Bank Building Lofts.
Between 2005 and 2007, Glenn Edwards assembled the east side of Main Street in downtown Springfield between Harrison Place and Court Street. Chart repositioned the retail corridor along Main Street and revived the formerly vacant Market Street walkway behind the buildings, and in 2016 proposed market rate loft apartments tied to the MGM Springfield housing commitment. The portfolio was sold in 2021.
