Harrison Place is a ten story, 1915 neoclassical office building of about 99,000 SF with a brick, granite, limestone and terracotta facade. Chart bought it from the Picknelly family in late 2007.
Between 2005 and 2007, Glenn Edwards assembled the east side of Main Street in downtown Springfield between Harrison Place and Court Street. Chart repositioned the retail corridor along Main Street and revived the formerly vacant Market Street walkway behind the buildings, and in 2016 proposed market rate loft apartments tied to the MGM Springfield housing commitment. The portfolio was sold in 2021.
