Jeremy Barnard
Broker and Owner
Fourth generation Broker and Owner of Coastal Realty, licensed since 2009. As Regional Manager with Drennan Companies he ran 18 Storage Depot self storage facilities and a staff of more than 50, and as General Manager of River Bend Golf Course he led a revitalization that grew annual rounds from 15,000 to 28,000. In 2019 he folded a property management division into the family firm, and in 2024 he became Broker of Record and principal owner. He holds a degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University.
